President's Message

Dear Northeastern Oklahoma ASHRAE Members,

We have the best chapter in all of ASHRAE because there are three things we do well. We are generous with our resources, we expect more than the average ASHRAE member, and we volunteer.

Northeastern Oklahoma ASHRAE gives more money per member than any other chapter in society. Last year we gave an average of $237 per member to society for ASHRAE Research Promotion. This is almost 2% of the total that ASHRAE raised for all of last year. Thanks to our members and two Golden Circle Contributors for making ASHRAE Research Promotion a priority.

Our expectations for the Northeastern Oklahoma ASHRAE Chapter are higher than the average chapter. Year in and year out, we set lofty goals for great programs, membership growth, student activities, and research promotion. This year is no exception. Our high expectations and great work ethic allow us to succeed.

Last but not least, our members give of their time. Volunteering is the heart and soul of a successful ASHRAE chapter. Every year we have more than 20 members that volunteer and work many hours behind the scenes to make sure that we provide you the best atmosphere to develop professionally and continue your education.
